When Do I Pay?

A deposit is required to reserve your puppy or secure your place on an upcoming litter. The remaining balance is due before pickup or transportation arrangements are finalized.

Do You Offer A Health Guarantee?

Yes. Every puppy comes with a health guarantee designed to provide families with added confidence and peace of mind. Details of our guarantee will be provided before your puppy goes home.

How Will I Receive Updates?

We provide regular photo and video updates throughout your puppy's early development so you can follow their growth and milestones before go-home day.

Can My Puppy Be Shipped?

Yes. We can help coordinate safe transportation options for families who are unable to pick up their puppy in person. We'll provide communication and guidance throughout the process.

What Comes With My Puppy?

Each puppy goes home with age-appropriate vaccinations, health records, and information to help make the transition into their new home as smooth as possible.

When Can My Puppy Go Home?

Puppies are able to go home once they reach the appropriate age and developmental milestones. We will provide a go-home timeline and keep you updated as that date approaches.
